SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We ship to the United States and Canada. We are not able to ship to other countries through this website.

Orders to US addresses ship from our warehouses in the United States. Orders to Canadian addresses ship from our warehouse in Canada. Shipping to Canada is calculated from the weight of your order and your location and shown at checkout before you place the order.

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific.

Order Tracking

When the shipping carrier provides a tracking number, we add it to your order and email it to you.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
We currently are offering free ground shipping on all orders in the continental United States. We have the right to change this promotion at any time.

Expedited Shipping
If you would like 2-day or Overnight shipping you will have the option to upgrade during checkout. We do not offer Saturday delivery as a shipping service. 2-day orders placed on Thursday will ship to arrive on Monday, and Overnight orders placed on Friday will ship to arrive on Monday.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Updates to the Policy
ZappBug reserves the right to modify or amend this shipping policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes.
